Returns & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition

as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at jenningsn2014@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund for your original method of payment. Please note that it may also take some time (usually 2 to 3 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
